An ode to Poundland ft. Revlon Nail polish review & swatches.

Hello.
I was out an about in town the other day and popped into Poundland for my Haribo fix (we all need them, don't lie), and naturally I took a wander down the beauty aisle and happened upon these two gems.

They had a few other shades but I was really trying to restrain myself, especially having bought 3 MUA polishes the day before (bad Sylvie). So I went for Minted, a pretty pastel green and Craving Coral which, as the name suggests, is a bright coral. I already have many mint and coral colours but that doesn't mean these were not 100% entirely necessary.

I found that the application was easy, both were opaque with 2 coats and I found they brush made them easy to apply. Both were creme finishes with no shimmer, which is my preference (although I'm more than partial to a chunky glitter). They were also non-streaky too, which is always a plus.

As for the wear time of these, they did chip by day two but everything does on me as my nails are weak and prone to splitting. I find that wear time or the time it takes to chip differs for everyone. For reference, I don't wear a base or top coat, which I really ought to but am too lazy to add an extra two coats every time.

Hit up Poundland ladies, it carries some gems.
